In the rolling hills of Uji, where morning mist clings to ancient tea trees, we find our source. This nutrient-rich volcanic soil creates the perfect conditions for the world's most revered matcha leaves.
Hand-picked during the first harvest of spring, each leaf is steamed, air-dried, and ground by stone mills into a luminous emerald powder. A legacy of quality, preserved through intention.
